Janice + Jeff :: Balboa Park & Coronado Beach Maternity Photos

It’s always a real pleasure when longtime friends trust me to document such important milestones in their lives. San Diego is home to J + J (and their soon-to-be-baby-J) so hubby and I made our way there a few weeks ago to photograph Janice and her beautiful belly. 😉  And really, a trip to San Diego is not complete without a stop at Phil’s BBQ but let’s not talk about that now because I might start drooling all over my keyboard.

We have recently started to experiment with film photography and the images below are from our very first roll of film (developed and scanned by Richard Photo Lab). I love the creamy and pastel tones of film and look forward to learning and shooting more film in the future!

Janice and Jeff, you are two amazingly kind, smart, and caring individuals…and I already know that baby J will be surrounded by so much love. I can’t wait for his joyous arrival (and then you guys can start working on baby #2!) 😉
