I LOVE shooting boudoir photography and this ethereal boudoir session was dreamy from beginning to end. It’s so sweet, sexy, and empowering…I suggest every woman must do it at least once in her life. And if you’re a soon-to-be-bride, trust me, your groom’s eyes will pop out of his sockets when he receives this special gift on your wedding day. So, do it for him or for yourself, just do it! 😉
I’ve admired Girl with a Serious Dream bridal robes for soooo long and it was a treat to have our bride wear this romantic outfit. When I was getting married, I looked high and low for something similar but unfortunately couldn’t find anything like this at the time. This gorgeous boutique carries the most delicate lace robes and I’m seriously tempted to get one now just because!

When it comes to boudoir photography, I tend to embrace the more feminine, romantic, and delicate sensuality over outright sexy. I’m pretty much a prude, but there’s something about capturing the beauty/vulnerability/shyness/confidence/all of the above plus more that is so empowering to both the photographer and photographee. Don’t believe me? Try it out for yourself and see. 😉 Have a boudoir session done for your husband-to-be and see his jaw drops to the floor…or have one done just to celebrate your beautiful self.
